You will not be eligible for a refund if you have progressed beyond Section 5.0 Competencies, Lesson 2 of the Board Certification Program, or exceeded the 15-day refund period, regardless of whether all program content has been released or accessed.
Please note that portions of the Board Certification Program may be made available prior to the start of the live cohort. Accessing program materials beyond Section 5.0 Competencies, Lesson 2 constitutes participation in the program and is subject to the same refund policy.
